By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not access the Website or purchase Services.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Website, operated by Freeworld Studios, provides a platform for Buyers to purchase beats (licenses or exclusive sales) and Services such as mixing and mastering from music creators (“Producers”).
You agree to use the Website and Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
You may create an account to access certain features, such as purchasing Services or managing your orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
You agree not to engage in activities that disrupt the Website, including hacking, spamming, or uploading harmful content.

4. Purchase of Services

Beats: Buyers may purchase non-exclusive or exclusive licenses for beats or buy beats outright (exclusive sale). Non-exclusive licenses grant limited usage rights as specified in the license agreement provided at purchase. Exclusive sales transfer ownership of the beat, subject to the Producer retaining credit rights.
Mixing and Mastering: Buyers may purchase mixing and mastering services, delivered as digital files (e.g., WAV, MP3) according to the specifications outlined at purchase.
Order Process: By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable fees (e.g., taxes, transaction fees). Orders are fulfilled by Producers or Freeworld Studios, depending on the Service.
Delivery: Digital products (beats, mixed/mastered files) are delivered via download links or email. Delivery timelines are specified at purchase (typically 1–5 business days for mixing/mastering).

5. Payment and Transactions

Payment Methods: Payments are processed via our payment merchants, e.g Additional payment methods (e.g., Wise) may be available based on your location.
Authorization: You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Freeworld Studios to charge your selected payment method for purchases.
Fees: Transaction fees apply (e.g., Paystack: 1.5% + ₦100 for local, 3.9% + ₦100 for international; Payoneer: 1% for ACH, 3% for cards). Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions.
Confirmation: Payments are confirmed within minutes , on exceptions, Orders remain “On Hold” until payment is confirmed and paid products delivered.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products (beats, mixing/mastering files) and Services are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds may be considered only if the delivered product violates these Terms (e.g., non-delivery, infringement) and are subject to Freeworld Studios’ discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Beats: Upon purchasing a non-exclusive license, you receive limited usage rights as specified in the license agreement. Exclusive sales transfer ownership, but the Producer retains credit rights (e.g., “Prod. by [Producer Name]”). You may not resell or redistribute beats without permission.
Mixing and Mastering: Delivered files are your property for personal or commercial use, subject to the terms provided at purchase. Freeworld Studios and Producers retain no rights to mixed/mastered files unless otherwise stated.
Website Content: All content (text, images, logos, videos) on the Website is owned by Freeworld Studios or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data (e.g., billing email, payment details). By using the Website, you consent to this policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
